Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you so much for choosing Soothe & Co. for your all-natural soap and body product needs! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below.

Processing Time: Because all of our products are handmade and carefully packaged, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship out your order. This processing time is in addition to the carrier's shipping time.

Shipping: All orders will receive a tracking number once they have shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our all-natural, personal care products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the safety and quality of all our items.

Eligibility for a Return:

Time Limit: Your return request must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, saleable condition. We cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or tested.

How to Request a Return: To request a return, please send an email to sootheandconaturals@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Your full name and order number.

2. The name of the product(s) you wish to return.

3. The reason for the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at sootheandconaturals@gmail.com.

We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box in your email.

Refunds: If your return is approved and the product is received in eligible condition, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
