In March of 2023, the air grew quiet around us. My best friend & sister, Ashleigh, was diagnosed with Lupus—a heavy, incurable autoimmune diagnosis. The irony wasn't lost on me: I was deep into medical school, and this disease, where the body’s own defenses turn on itself, was part of my curriculum. But this time, it wasn't a textbook case; it was family.

Instead of fear, a fierce sisterly love took over. I poured my heart into research, determined to find every gentle, natural way we could support her body before starting the intensive treatment. During those quiet, focused hours, a truth became clear: simple, organic kindness is what our bodies truly crave. What we absorb through our skin—our largest, most vulnerable organ—can profoundly affect how we metabolize, operate, and simply feel.

Soothe & Co. was born from that quiet, burning need to protect her.
